class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Melt Chocolate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are two methods you can choose for melting chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Double Boiler Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a pot with water and a bowl that can sit on top of the pot. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the water boils, add chocolate to the bowl that is sitting on top of the pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep stirring the chocolate until it melts. Be careful not to over heat the chocolate. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Microwave Method <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is the easiest and our preferred method to melt chocolate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a microwave safe bowl, add chocolates and microwave for 30 second intervals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After every 30 seconds stir the chocolate. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Length of time will depend on your microwave and the amount of chocolate, but as long as you check every 30 seconds you will be fine. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
