Use a knife to cut off the two &#8220;cheeks&#8221; around the large pit in the middle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Score the inside of the mango vertically and horizontally, making sure not to cut through the skin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the back side so the flesh pokes out, like in the image above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a knife to trim the pieces off. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut around the large oval pit.
