This is our go-to quick and easy dressing that we use on a lot of dishes, especially any dish with roasted veggies, potatoes, and grains. From our early days of being vegan till now, this has and continues to be, our go-to dressing to brighten up almost any dish.

Ingredients in Lemon Tahini Dressing:

  • Tahini: Try to buy quality tahini that's creamy.
  • Lemons: Fresh is always best.
  • Garlic and Onion powder

How to Make A Nourish Bowl

Simple! Pick a grain, pick some veggies, pick a protein, add some leafy greens, garnish with some herbs or seeds, and top it with this refreshing dressing. Nourish bowls, Buddha bowls, macro bowls, no matter what you call them, these bowls are easy, delicious and nutritious!

Storing

Keep the dressing in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. You might notice it will get thicker after being in the fridge, just add a little water or lemon juice to thin it out if you'd like.

Ingredients

Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 tbsp water more or less
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add water until your desired creaminess.

Notes

If your tahini isn't creamy, or its hard from the fridge, use a blender or whisk to mix the ingredients
