Light, refreshing, and just the right kick
Oh boy do we love mangos! My parents were just visiting us in Orlando from Miami and brought us a huge box of mangos, freshly picked from their yard. It was inevitable that we would make a salsa. It's so light and refreshing. In this Florida heat, this just hits the spot. Perfect for your next summer time gathering, when the mangos are sweet and the heat is on.
