Silken Tofu in Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 block silken or soft tofu sliced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped

Optional Add-Ins

  • chili oil crisps
  • sesame seeds
  • fresh peppers chopped

Instructions

  • Carefully open 1 block silken or soft tofu. Drain any excess liquid and place on a plate. Cut into slices and fan out so more pieces get sauce on them.
  • Chop the garlic and green onion.
  • Combine the 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, and 1 green onion and pour over the tofu.
  • Serve and enjoy cold!
