Silken Tofu in Sauce

- 1 block silken or soft tofu sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 green onion chopped
Optional Add-Ins
- chili oil crisps
- sesame seeds
- fresh peppers chopped
Carefully open 1 block silken or soft tofu. Drain any excess liquid and place on a plate. Cut into slices and fan out so more pieces get sauce on them.
Chop the garlic and green onion.
Combine the 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, and 1 green onion and pour over the tofu.
Serve and enjoy cold!
