Why You’ll Love This Dressing
Simple ingredients
Tasty and refreshing
Healthier than store-bought dressings
No need for fancy kitchen gadgets. Just toss into a bowl and mix!
Ingredients
Fresh dill: Dried dill could work too
Dill pickle juice: Adds more flavoring and thins out the dressing
Tahini: The base of this creamy dressing
Garlic: Fresh or powdered
Lemon: We always prefer the flavor of fresh lemon
How to Make Dill Pickle Dressing
Gather all your ingredients and chop the fresh dill and garlic. Alternatively, dried dill and garlic powder could work too.
In a bowl, add in the tahini, dill, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add in the dill pickle juice a little at a time, mixing and adjusting the thickness of the sauce to your liking.
Store in the fridge to let the flavors combine and chill until use.
What Pickle Brine to Use
This is a dill pickle recipe, so we specifically used dill pickle juice from Grillo’s Pickles, they’re one of our favorites. However, you could use other pickle brine, you just won’t get the same tangy flavor.
How to Store
Store in your fridge in a sealed container for about a week. The sauce will thicken a bit in the fridge, if it’s too thick for your use, just thin it out with a splash of water or more dill pickle juice!

Dill Pickle Dressing
A tangy herby dressing made with simple ingredients. Perfect for salads, bowls, roasted veggies, sandwiches, wraps and so much more!

ยผcupfresh dill(chopped)
1clovegarlic(chopped)
1freshlemon(juiced)
Instructions
Chop the fresh dill and garlic.
In a bowl, add ยฝ cup tahini, ยผ cup fresh dill , 1 clove garlic, and 1 fresh lemon juiced. Mix to combine.
Collect 1 cup dill pickle juice and slowly add a little at a time into the bowl. Do not pour in the whole cup at once! Mix until fully combined. Continue to add more pickle juice until you get the consistency you like. Not all tahini is created equal. The amount of pickle juice will depend on the creaminess of your tahini and your preference.
Store in a closed container in your fridge. Serve chilled.
Notes
Adjust the thickness to your liking. If using in sandwiches and wraps, we like to keep it on the thicker side, but for salads and bowls we like the sauce thinner. Make adjustments as you see fit.No salt is needed due to the pickle brine, but feel free to add some if you feel it needs it.
