As vegans, we know the value that sauces and dressings can bring to a dish. Sometimes you just need a good sauce to complement a meal. This dill pickle dressing is the perfect easy sauce to elevate your next salad, nourish bowl, roasted veggies, sandwiches, wraps, or dip some fries into it! We love how it wakes up a dish without overpowering it. Plus, it’s made with simple plant-based ingredients!


This is a dill pickle recipe, so we specifically used dill pickle juice from Grillo’s Pickles, they’re one of our favorites. However, you could use other pickle brine, you just won’t get the same tangy flavor.
Store in your fridge in a sealed container for about a week. The sauce will thicken a bit in the fridge, if it’s too thick for your use, just thin it out with a splash of water or more dill pickle juice!
