  • 4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • cups apple juice (adjust if needed)
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 4 strawberries, 1 banana (frozen), 1 cup pineapple, 1½ cups apple juice (or 1 cup apple juice and ½ water), 1 scoop pea protein powder (optional) to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the amount of liquid if needed. Feel free to use some water with the apple juice if it is too sweet for you.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Creamy smoothies are made with frozen bananas.
