If using frozen fruit. Let them thaw at room temperature while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Slice the baguette in half and spread a thin layer of hummus on both sides.
Add Romain lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
Chop the mango, pineapple, papaya and avocado. Toss it together in a bowl and add it to the sandwich.
Top it with a generous drizzle of French vinaigrette dressing.
Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper or foil, and enjoy!
