How to Make

  1. Remove as much liquid from the tofu as possible.
  2. Use a knife to cut into cubes or break apart using your hands.
  3. In an airtight container, combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive brine, and salt.
  4. Put the tofu cubes or chunks in the container. Cover, shake, and let it marinate in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz Firm Tofu cubed
  • 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Brine
  • 1 large Lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Remove as much liquid from the tofu as possible.
  • Use a knife to cut the tofu into cubes or break apart using your hands.
