- 3 cups kale
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil enough for light coating
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
Break apart kale into slight smaller pieces.
Coat kale in a thin layer of oil.
Toss kale with nutritional yeast and salt seasonings.
Air Fry for 10 minutes at 350 °F or 175 °C shaking half way through.
