Avocado Kale Salad
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
Homemade Croutons
- bread whatever you have on had would work
- olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- salt
Avocado Massaged Kale Salad
Using clean hands, massage 1 bunch kale and 1 avocado for a couple minutes. This helps the kale become soft making it easier to chew and digest, plus it gets a little creamy layer from the avocado.
Add 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 lemon (juiced), 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, ¼ tsp salt and mix.
Homemade Croutons
Cut bread into small cubes and season it with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning , and salt.
Air fry the croutons at 380 °F for 6 - 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
