Ingredients

Avocado Kale Salad

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste

Homemade Croutons

  • bread whatever you have on had would work
  • olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

Avocado Massaged Kale Salad

  • Using clean hands, massage 1 bunch kale and 1 avocado for a couple minutes. This helps the kale become soft making it easier to chew and digest, plus it gets a little creamy layer from the avocado.
  • Add 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 lemon (juiced), 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, ¼ tsp salt and mix.

Homemade Croutons

  • Cut bread into small cubes and season it with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning , and salt.
  • Air fry the croutons at 380 °F for 6 - 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
