- 1½ Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp oil for frying
Wash and peel 3 organic bananas that are ripe.
Use a spoon to scrape the insides of the peel and cut peels to your preferred width.
Make the marinade by combining 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1½ Tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp garlic powder.
Add peels to marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat up a frying pan with 2 Tbsp oil and fry the peels for a few minutes on each side. Drizzle some of the remaining marinade to the peels as they cook.
Remove the peels from the pan onto a dish with some paper towels to soak up the excess oil. Serve and enjoy!
