- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
Combine ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup Dijon mustard, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper in a bowl or shake it in a tightly sealed jar to emulsify.
