Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or shake it in a tightly sealed jar to emulsify.
  • Store in an airtight container in the the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
