plantain
ripe with black spots
oil
for frying, enough to coat the bottom of your pan.
Instructions
Peel the plantain and cut into ½ inch diagonal slices.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the plantain slices and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Once the plantains are done cooking, place on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve warm and enjoy!
