  • Airtight Container

Ingredients

  • 2-3 inch ginger knob piece
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

  • Wash and roughly chop ginger. (Peeling the ginger skin is optional)
  • Blend ginger with water.
  • Strain through a cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or an ice cube tray in the freezer.
