Green Pea Guacamole

- 1½ cups Green Peas thawed or blanched
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Red Onion diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro loosely packed
- 2 Limes juiced
- ½ tsp Salt or to taste
Mash with a fork or use a food processor to make a paste from the 1½ cups Green Peas.
Mash the 1 Avocado into the green pea paste.
Dice 1/2 Red Onion and chop ¼ cup Cilantro, mix into the avocado and green pea mixture.
Add juice of 2 Limes, season with ½ tsp Salt or to taste.
Mix and serve with tortilla chips!
You can use a food processor to make a more uniform paste out of the green peas if you don't want to mash them by hand.
