- 1 14 oz frozen package mamey or fresh fruit
- 2 - 3 cups plant milk adjust to your liking
If using fresh mamey instead of frozen, you will probably use two to get around the same amount. Adjust as you see fit and consider adding a few ice cubes for a nice cold shake, if not using frozen fruit.
For a more filling shake, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
