Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 mamey 14 oz frozen package or fresh fruit
  • 2 - 3 cups plant milk non-dairy

Instructions

  • Add 1 mamey (14 oz frozen package or fresh fruit) and 2 - 3 cups plant milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and make any adjustments.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If using fresh mamey instead of frozen, you will probably use two to get around the same amount. Adjust as you see fit and consider adding a few ice cubes for a nice cold shake, if not using frozen fruit.
