A unique tropical fruit that has a smooth, custard-like texture and a sweet, creamy taste with hints of almond and vanilla which makes for a delicious mamey shake.
Add 1 14 oz frozen package mamey (or fresh fruit) and 2 - 3 cups plant milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and make any adjustments. Add sweetener of your choice if needed.

Notes
If using fresh mamey instead of frozen, you will probably use two to get around the same amount. Adjust as you see fit and consider adding a few ice cubes for a nice cold shake, if not using frozen fruit.For a more filling shake, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
