Gather all your ingredients and roughly chop the nuts.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave using 30 second intervals until fully melted (about 1 and a half to 2 minutes) making sure to stir after every 30 seconds.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate, save a little to drizzle the top.
Sprinkle the nuts and seeds over the melted chocolate.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top.
Let the chocolate cool down and harden.
Once the chocolate has hardened, break it into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
