Nut and Seed Chocolate Bark

- 1 Microwave safe bowl 
- 1 Baking Sheet 
- 1 parchment paper 
- 2 cups chocolate
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup seeds
- Gather all your ingredients and roughly chop the nuts. 
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave using 30 second intervals until fully melted (about 1 and a half to 2 minutes) making sure to stir after every 30 seconds. 
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate, save a little to drizzle the top. 
- Sprinkle the nuts and seeds over the melted chocolate. 
- Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top. 
- Let the chocolate cool down and harden. 
- Once the chocolate has hardened, break it into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
