- 4 strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups apple juice adjust if needed
- 1 scoop pea protein powder optional
Add 4 strawberries, 1 banana (frozen), 1 cup pineapple, 1½ cups apple juice (or 1 cup apple juice and ½ water), 1 scoop pea protein powder (optional) to your blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust the amount of liquid if needed. Feel free to use some water with the apple juice if it is too sweet for you.
