- 1 17oz block silken tofu sliced
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 sprig fresh basil
- salt + pepper to taste
- drizzle balsamic glaze (store bought)
Slice 2 large tomatoes and 1 17oz block silken tofu.
Cut 1 sprig fresh basil leaves into ribbons or leave them whole if you prefer.
Assemble the ingredients on a large serving plate.
Top with salt + pepper and drizzle balsamic glaze.
