Ingredients

  • 1 17oz block silken tofu sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 sprig fresh basil
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • drizzle balsamic glaze (store bought)

Instructions

  • Slice 2 large tomatoes and 1 17oz block silken tofu.
  • Cut 1 sprig fresh basil leaves into ribbons or leave them whole if you prefer.
  • Assemble the ingredients on a large serving plate.
  • Top with salt + pepper and drizzle balsamic glaze.
