A cozy, crunchy, aromatic, autumn flavored granola.
Since we started making our own granola at home we've been obsessed. It's so much more affordable that buying it pre-made, and you get to be in full control of what you want to flavor it with! Similar to our simple Granola Trail Mix Recipe, this just takes a few ingredients to mix and the oven does the rest!
What Ingredients go into Making Pumpkin Spice Granola?
This is a fairly simple recipe, and a great one to use our Starbucks copycat Pumpkin Spice Sauce.
- Old Fashioned Rolled Oats: Not quick cooking oats.
- Pecans: Adds that earthy, buttery, nut flavor and texture.
- Pumpkin Spice Sauce: Made with just three ingredients!
- Coconut Oil: Helps give it a crisp
- Vanilla Extract: Adds to a sweet aromatic flavor.
How to serve/ Pairing suggestions
We love to have this as a dry snack or with soy milk like a cereal, it honestly tastes great both ways. You can pair it with a breakfast smoothie like our maca snickerdoodle or chocolate banana protein smoothies.

Tips for Customization
Like our other granola recipes, once you learn how to get the right consistency, you can basically customize to your liking. Consider this recipe a base for getting into autumn flavored granola, you can add other autumn flavors such as nutmeg, cinnamon, or use a nut/seed butter for a different experience.
