- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic fresh
Prep: Use the side of your knife to mash the garlic cloves and peel them. Let them stand for at least 10 minutes before using.
Cook: Add the oil and garlic to a pot on low-medium heat. Keep an eye on the garlic to avoid burning. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Rest: Turn off the stove, cover pot with lid, and set it aside for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
Store: Remove the garlic cloves, transfer oil to an airtight container and store in your fridge.
