Pasta Sauce

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Other

  • 1 lbs pasta of choice

Instructions

  • Boil some water and soak 1/2 cup cashews for at least 10 minutes.
  • While cashews soak, gather 2 cups spinach, 1 cup edamame, 1 avocado,1 bunch basil, 2 cloves garlic,1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 Tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp salt and put it in a blender.
  • Drain and rinse the cashews, and add them to the other ingredients and blend.
  • Cook 1 lbs pasta according to package directions while you make the sauce.
  • Once the pasta is cooked and ready, combine with the sauce and serve.
