Green Goddess Pesto Pasta Sauce

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 pot


Pasta Sauce

  • 1-2 cups Edamame
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • 1 lbs Pasta of choice


  • Boil some water and soak the cashews for at least 10 minutes
  • While cashews soak, gather all other ingredients
  • Cook pasta according to package directions while you make the sauce
  • Drain water from cashews and add them to the other ingredients and blend
  • Once the pasta is cooked and ready, mix sauce in and serve
